A community meeting open to the public will be held in Mattapan regarding the plans using federal stimulus funds to transform MBTA Route 28 service from Mattapan Square to Ruggles Station via Blue Hill Avenue and Warren Street. The new service will include dedicated bus lanes, 60-foot clean-running buses, new stations, and traffic features designed to speed service and improve reliability.
