Governor Deval Patrick promised a focus on "you the traveler" during remarks today opening the inaugural meeting of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Board of Directors.
MassDOT Secretary & CEO Jeff Mullan pledged "honesty and candor" along with a "focus on cost savings and a more efficient customer service organization."
The five new MassDOT Board members sworn in by Governor Patrick today include:
