The 27-year-old suspect was booked at Transit Police Headquarters for three counts of Open and Gross Lewdness and will also be booked at the Cambridge Police Department for two counts of Indecent Assault & Battery and one count of Open & Gross Lewdness. He will be arraigned in Cambridge District Court. Both agencies took immediate action to apprehend the individual, but it was the swift and active cooperation of the public that led to the arrest of the alleged perpetrator.
