Mass DCR ( http://www.mass.gov/dcr/ ) has posted the following closings too:

Due to flooding, the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) has closed:

* Soldiers Field Road at Brighton Circle is closed between Brooks Street and Parsons Street.
* Nonantum Road in Watertown is closed between Galen Street and Charlesbank Road.
* Lynn Fells Parkway in Melrose is closed between Melrose Street and Tremont Street.
* Chickatawbut Road (Milton) and Wampatuck Road (Quincy) in the Blue Hills State Reservation

* all lanes in both directions of Furnace Brook Parkway in Quincy between Hancock Street and Newport Avenue
* two southbound lanes and one northbound lane of Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester, between UMass/Boston and Freeport Street. Also, northbound traffic is being detoured around a closed portion of Morrissey Boulevard northbound at Tolman Street (across from Tenean Beach)
* Route 28, Fellsway West, between Elm Street in Medford and North Border Road in Stoneham
* West Wyoming Avenue, between Lynn Fells Parkway in Stoneham and Ravine Road in Melrose

Concord Turnpike in Concord closed at the junctions of Routes 2 and 2A.
Does this mean that route 2 west bound is closed? Or the junction is closed?
===========================================
Here is our message from the local community, which controls the Concord Turnpike: closed as it does routinely for flooding: Concord Turnpike in Concord (at the junctions of Routes 2 and 2A).
