MBTA appreciates feedback from our customers to help us operate an efficient and safe system. Case in point is customer Paul Keating.
Paul e-mailed the T about lighting issues at Stony Brook Station. The T immediately dispatched maintenance crews to the station, and over two nights a complete set of new lights were installed.
Paul e-mailed back:
Tonight I left work at 6 and felt the full effects of the hanging lights being on as well as all of the tube fluorescent lights along the station. What a difference! I actually felt safer, more comfortable, and the station just plain looked better.Great job!
