MassDOT RMV reports that due to an error by our manufacturer, a small number of licenses were printed incorrectly as “Under 21 CDL Driver’s License.”
These incorrect cards were printed and mailed to customers over 18 and under 21 years old who applied for a new or duplicate license or renewed in a branch or through the internet since April 19, 2010.
Affected customers do not need to alert the RMV. We have identified these customers and have ordered the manufacturer to immediately print and mail the correct duplicate cards.
