What if the carrier / transport truck is low on gas , where will it find it, or will it just konk out out in middle of highway plugging it up because no on lets it off highway to refuel.

Plan is poorly written and leaves the south shore stuck holding the bag for 5 to 6 hundred trucks more than what it has now . If Boston is the one needing all the products it should shoulder the load since it s the consumer and not destroy the south shoe towns like Braintree Quincy Norwood Dedham Waltham Newton whom are getting stiffed again

Braintrees Hayward and Elm should be open and help out lift the state imposed ban --- Union has a 36 inch Algonquin inter state gas transport line feeding Boston and all of New England forcing and funnel locking high explosive vehicles over the top of the man hole coverls of that line is incompetent of Govenor DuVal Patrick and his over paid executive team.
