To Whom It May Concern:
I cannot believe that horribly dangerous situation has existed for ten years with not one thing done on the original or the "temporary" bridge. Whoever the arguments stem with, you are endangering lives daily. The blame lies somewhere and a solution either should come now or close both bridges forever.

My family will deal with going around the area.
